2.- PLANNING
Once the order of the client is confirmed, the planning phase organizes the production of the factory to meet client deadlines without compromising product highest quality.

3.- CUTTING MATERIALS
The pieces of leather required for shoemaking are cut out and marked during the stamping stage in order to prevent confusion later on
